SVETLANA (Lana)
Originally from Ukraine, Svetlana has lived and worked in Ireland for the last twenty years.
Prior to establishing “Remarkable” Training Consultancy, Svetlana had more than 25 years extensive working experience in customer service, public relations, sales and marketing, marketing communications and fashion industry.
Svetlana is an expert in the science of Non-verbal communication, Body Language, Presentation Skills, Image, Customer Service Skills and Personal Development. Svetlana has also designed and developed her unique ‘Body Image Workshop’ aimed to impart new skills to the participants about the importance of self-knowledge and self-acceptance.
As an experienced consultant, Svetlana is familiar with the typical challenges that professionals face in their workplace. She has a proven track record in corporate and individual coaching and training, using a results-orientated approach.

Colm
Over 25 years of business experience in S.M.E.’s, from his own startups through to takeovers and successful exits (including Skelligs Chocolate in 2022). He has a broad range of skills from running various service orientated businesses, through to I.T., tourism and food manufacturing.
With qualifications in Strategy & Innovation (I.M.I. Dublin), Strategic Growth for the Food Industry (Smurfit College, Dublin), Organisational Renewal & Development (Smurfit College, Dublin) and Advanced Management Practice (Smurfit College, Dublin) he is very well positioned to deal with all internal issues experienced by Irish companies today.
Colm is an active member of HBAN (Halo Business Angels Network) and is the lead investor on a number of investments from this group. He has oversight and accountability experience from his position as a steering board member of Skillnets (Southwest Ireland).

“GLAD TO BE ME!”- BODY-IMAGE WORKSHOPS FOR TEENAGERS


The importance of body image as a major influence on teenagers’ mental health emerged as one of the key recommendations from Dáil Na nÓg 2010. The need for a positive body image awareness campaign aimed at teenagers, and the role of schools in imparting information, incorporating body image into the mainstream curriculum, making sports more exciting and varied, having regular talks on personal development and providing healthy food options in canteens and vending machines.Based on Dáil Na nÓg recommendations and the expertise of our Director, Svetlana Litmanova, we have designed a unique range of workshops and programs to help teenagers tackle many body issues, “GLAD TO BE ME” (Copyright “Remarkable.ie”)We have facilitated many training sessions and work with secondary schools, educational organisations and colleges to help them raise important issues regarding body image.
